How to play

Use WASD to move, Z or Space to jump, and X, Ctrl or Alt to shoot. A gamepad is also supported. Survive waves of enemies and turrets while collecting ammo boxes and medikits to achieve a high score.

About Jungle shootout

Jungle Shootout is a single-screen platform shooter with pixel art visuals. You control a soldier deep in the jungle, moving left and right across platforms while avoiding enemy fire. Armed with a rifle, you shoot approaching soldiers and stationary turrets that guard the area. Defeated foes and destroyed turrets sometimes drop ammo boxes or medikits, which you must collect to keep your weapon loaded and your health up. There are no levels or ending — the challenge is simply to stay alive as long as you can. Each enemy killed adds to your score, and the only objective is to beat your previous best. The controls are direct and responsive, suited for quick, arcade-style play.
