Shelter Dog Wouldn't Stop Growing, So the Vet Performed a DNA Test
His Very Own Spot
Bee has let Elvis do anything he wants in her house, but it looks like he doesn't want to be alone in the whole house. Elvis is satisfied with his own "spot," much like a lot of other animals are. But this isn't on the couch or in Bee's bed. It's on a metal dish rack, not a plate! Bee doesn't know why, but that dish rack makes him feel good.
An Open Door
It looks like Elvis is now more comfortable leaving Bee since he has a "spot" in Bee's house. He loves to leave the house and fly around with his bird buddies, and Bee knows that he has found his flock for life. But it doesn't mean he doesn't think about Bee anymore. He still goes back to her house every night because she has an open-door policy for her beloved bird.
A New Lady Friend
Bee has loved watching her favorite lorikeet becoming more confident, but she never thought Elvis would find a girlfriend. He could tell that he was getting very close to a female bird, but at first she didn't think anything of it. Then, one night, he chose to fly home with his new lover. And it looked like he was quite proud to show her off.
Three Years Down
Elvis initially came to Bee's deck more than three years ago, and she still can't believe how far they've come since then. They have both changed in ways she never thought possible, and their relationship has gotten much stronger. She can't picture her life without Elvis now, and it looks like he feels the same way.
